Successful start to the 2024 trainee year
Our new trainees have successfully started their training. They have mastered their first few days with great commitment and full of zest for action and are looking forward to starting their training.
A special highlight was the welcome day on Monday, September 2, where the new trainees had the opportunity to get to know each other better over a barbecue at lunchtime. On this day, the training managers, the youth and trainee representatives (JAV) and the works council were on hand to give them a warm welcome. It was a successful start that laid the foundations for a successful collaboration.
