Conveyors - the highly felxible pallet circulating system

BLEICHERT montaflex®- conveyors carry and buffer workpieces.

They transport workpieces with workpiece receptacles for transporting on top of the conveyor or for hanging transport in the lower run. They buffer workpieces with
any required arrangement of separating devices and stopping places. montaflex® They combine manual and automatic workplaces and stations over distances from 2 to 25 m.

The modular montaflex® structure guarantees troublefree integration in even the most complicated building layouts. Variable separating devices and stopping places make the BLEICHERT montaflex® conveyors particularly flexible.

BLEICHERT Hysteresis coupling:

this development by BLEICHERT ensures wear- and maintenancefree pallet coupling based on the permanent-magnetic hysteresis effect. Contact-free friction produced by the magnets guarantees constant coupling force. This technical innovation results in convincing advantages when using montaﬂ ex: higher availability, longer service life and thus more proﬁ table use.

Pallets

300 mm long pallets are the core element of BLEICHERT montaflex®. Each pallet has four rollers, two hysteresis couplings, mouldings for deflections and a
central guide. One special feature is that the pressure force of the workpiece is dissipated over the rollers and not over the drive chains. These easy-running properties make the installation far easier to maintain.

Drive

The complete drive consists of a central hollow shaft gear motor. The drive unit has a continuous shaft and is mounted in flange bearings. The chain is equipped with a tensioning station so that manual retensioning is not required.
